4. Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe provided during checkout. However:

• Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed
• We deliver within a 5km radius of our Besa location
• Delivery charges are ₹30 per order
• We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control

5. Product Quality and Returns

We take pride in providing fresh, high-quality chicken products:

• All products are sourced from certified suppliers
• We maintain strict hygiene standards in processing
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 2 hours of delivery
• We may offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion
• Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns after 4 hours

All content on our website and mobile app, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Lucky Chicken Besa or its content suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws.
